Payment options

Payment is due when services are provided. We accept cash, checks with valid identification, debit cards, and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Please be prepared to pay applicable copayments, deductibles, and charges for services your plan does not cover. Bring both your medical insurance and vision plan details so we can assist with billing.

Paying without insurance? You have the right to a good faith estimate of expected charges.
